IQVIA is seeking a Global Trial Vendor Manager to join our Single Sponsor Department, dedicated exclusively to Novartis. In this role, you will oversee vendor management for global clinical trials across all phases (Phase I–IV), from study start-up through to close-out.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in vendor oversight, ideally with a background in managing trials on a global or regional scale.

Key accountabilities

Provides vendor oversight and management at a trial level to ensure all vendors deliverables are done timely & good qualityCoordinates vendor deliverables across VSE during study start-upCovers all vendor activities after study start-up and all categories not covered by VSEs:Drives and monitors vendor activities for Site activationsManage and documents vendor performance issues and risk and escalate it to VSE, as neededCoordinates vendor study deliverables that support DBL and study close out
