This outstanding opportunity is open to final-year students or fresh graduates interested in working in the field of drug development. In this position, trainees will have the chance to learn various aspects of clinical trials, including regulatory rules, the basics of ICH GCP (Good Clinical Practice), gain basic therapeutic area knowledge and insights into the work of a Clinical Research Associate. Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) that you will learn in this program include: Performing site identification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. Providing administrative and logistic support to sites and the local team in supervising the trial's progress, handling study data and budget, organizing meetings, and other relevant tasks. Supervising study drug distribution and ensuring proper handling at the site. Collecting, reviewing, and tracking regulatory documents, site documentation, agreements, and training documentation. Evaluating the quality and integrity of documents and clinical trial site practices. What we offer in this trainee program: Part-time or full-time employment contract for one year.
