The Clinical Trainer (Learning Facilitation Professional 2) conducts or facilitates training courses for organizational employees or external audiences.
+ Plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including but not limited to instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
+ Selects appropriate materials.
+ Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes.
+ Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance.
+ Analyzes course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
+ Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields as appropriate.
+ Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
+ Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction.
+ Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation
+ Supports the Audit and Process Improvement teams by providing feedback to Care Coordinators and/or Service Coordinators; uses audits to guide staff understanding of training that was provided.

**Required Qualifications**
+ **Applicants must reside in one of the following states:** _Illinois, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin._
+ Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral Health or related field, **OR** Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid unrestricted license in Illinois, **OR** a Behavioral Health Clinician with a valid unrestricted license in Illinois.
+ One (1) or more years of experience successfully working as a Care Manager/Care Coach/Care Coordinator/Service Coordinator in a Medicare or Medicaid market **OR** two (2) or more years of professional training experience working in an adult learning environment.
+ Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom and Teams.
+ Effective communicator, verbally and written.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external departments and leadership.
+ Must be able to travel occasionally to the Illinois Market Office located in Schaumburg, IL.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Residency within the state of Illinois.
+ Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
+ Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
+ Experience managing projects or processes.
**Additional Information**
+ **Workstyle:** This is a remote position.
+ **Travel:** Occasionally to our office location in Schaumburg, IL to attend team engagement meetings and regulatory audits.
+ **Workdays and Hours:** Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
