Job Overview:Enhance our Talent Acquisition function by developing and implementing talent programs within an assigned business unit or department. Support management teams across Latam countries to attract and hire top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, select, and hire qualified candidates, internal or external.

Leverage of TA tools to present top talent.

Write and post job advertisements.

Review applications and conduct competency based interviews.

Coordinate job advertising and attend job fairs.

Build relationships with colleges, universities and organizations.

Conduct compensation analysis and make salary proposals.

Provide coaching and counseling to business leaders.

Manage recruitment-related projects and compliance.

Ensure timely provision of employee-related information.

Stay updated on market trends and coordinate salary offers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.

Excellent command of English (written/spoken).

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.

Experience with sourcing tools.

Extensive knowledge of recruitment legislation.

Good command of MS Office and previous experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday, Taleo.
