Job Title: Clinical Systems Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Manager to support the implementation and maintenance of interactive response technology (IRT) solutions for clinical trials. This role is fully remote and allows for flexibility within any U.S. time zone, with a preference for west coast based candidates. The successful candidate will have experience in data analytics, system integrations, and extensive knowledge of IRT platforms.

ResponsibilitiesWork with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders including Clinical Study Management, Supply Chain, Data Management, and technology suppliers.Provide technical oversight to ensure IRT solutions adhere to study protocols, industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.Lead projects against tight timelines.Negotiate with external vendors and manage projects and personnel.Support IRT users internally and externally with a high level of service.Essential SkillsExperience with IRT (Interactive Response Technologies) / RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) systems.Ability to analyze IRT data through Tableau or similar software.Experience with system-to-system data integrations through the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).Pharma, Biotech, or supplier experience.Clear communication skills and a positive disposition.Experience designing or maintaining IRT systems for clinical trials.Additional Skills & QualificationsDoctorate Degree OR Master's Degree with 2 years of IRT experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years of IRT experience OR Associate's Degree with 10 years of IRT experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of IRT experience.Preferred: 5 years focused on IRT experience.Bachelor's Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline.4 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical supply chain, or clinical systems management.Experience implementing clinical systems such as IRT and eCOA.Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations governing clinical trial execution.Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills.Meeting management and facilitation skills.Vendor management experience.Excellent time management and organization skills in a timeline-driven environment.Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with flexibility to work within any U.S. time zone. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a timeline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires excellent documentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate with external vendors and manage projects and personnel effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
