**Job Title** Clinical Support Specilist **Job Description** You are part of a dynamic team focused on user satisfaction and improving patient care in medical imaging departments. You interact with the sales, applications and support teams of the various Philips medical imaging product lines. You maintain close relationships with international teams. You will intervene with our customers in LATAM (Primarily in Brazil) **Your role:** * Train doctors and radio technicians on the use of EI products: IntelliSpace Portal (ISP) application server, Artificial intelligence. * Maximize customer satisfaction (demonstrations, training, experience sharing, needs monitoring) * Be the reference in application support for the technical and project management teams. * Support the sales team during the sales process (clinical pitch, demonstrations, participation in congresses, etc.) * Share user feedback, points of improvement and correction of the system with the Quality and Development teams. + Coordinate and lead AV/AI solution upgrade plan within hospitals according to guidelines, in order to achieve objectives and meet customer expectations. + Manage LATAM installed base in order follow software lifecycle. + Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgetary requirements specified in the project. + Participate in the pre-sales technical study of the project to define the Deployment Plan and estimate the costs related to the deployment. **You're the right fit if:** * Bachelor's Degree in Biomedicine, Engineering, Medical, Science related field or equivalent. * First experience on DICOM viewing software. * Clinical knowledge, patients, interest in technique and information systems. * Dynamism, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers and strong client, solution and result orientation. * Fluent Portuguese Speaking, Advanced English Speaking and Spanish is a plus + Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
