What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and clinical expertise in the operating room. You will work directly with surgeons, nurses, and sterilization teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your role will focus on servicing existing customer accounts while collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Recon/SET Sales Representatives. Expect a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same — from covering surgical cases to training hospital staff and managing procedure logistics.
How You'll Create Impact Provide in-theatre case coverage for selected customer accounts.Train and enable operating room teams on product use and best practices.Conduct product demonstrations and educational initiatives to strengthen local and regional market awareness.Generate new sales leads by building strong relationships and spotting opportunities.Manage logistics for procedure planning and consignment stock.Share product feedback and improvement ideas with the R&D team.Support regional and national product trade shows, as well as annual training sessions.Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA compliance).What Makes You Stand Out Significant clinical expertise, ideally in Orthopedics and/or Surgical settings.In-depth knowledge of competitor products and strategies.Strong networking skills and business acumen to identify, plan, and execute service opportunities.Ability to deliver compelling presentations and training sessions.A customer-centric mindset combined with a target-driven approach.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.Your Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Professional experience in a clinical or surgical environment, ideally within Orthopedics.Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy.Proficiency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.A team player, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Travel ExpectationsThis role involves travel within the region as required to support customer accounts, product demonstrations, and events.
