100% Remote (NY) - Clinical Support Specialist FT/PT Roles available Job Description Responsible for ensuring oxygen equipment is correctly assembled remotely. Must instruct patient on the use and care of supplied equipment and answer basic service questions via phone and email. Responsibilities Conduct equipment set-up remotely (telephone) Complete service calls, documenting activities and results in a timely manner. Maintain a current calendar reflecting availability for patient appointments Clinicians must present themselves in a professional manner while interacting with patients, family members/caretakers, medical staff and employees. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or registered Nurse (REQUIRED) Associate's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy related field (PREFERRED) 2+ years of clinical services or DME experience (PREFERRED) Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
