Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.  **Clinical Support Specialist Biosense Webster – Athens, Greece** You will be responsible for providing clinical support to Biosense Webster accounts locally, in the South Greece Region (Athens based) and for educating customers in BW technology. You will also be responsible for achieving BW product sales to new and established specialty accounts to meet sales objectives and drive greater market growth. **Objectives of the Position** + Provide clinical support to Physicians during **Electrophysiology** procedures performed with Biosense Webster products. + Identify new opportunities to drive business growth for Biosense Webster Products. + Ensure optimal use of advanced EP tools like CARTO 3 3D mapping system. + Identify customer needs and, in collaboration with peers, position Biosense Webster products to address them. + Offer guidance on best practices to improve procedural outcomes. + Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and workflow changes. + Organize & deliver clinical trainings, product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions. + Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams like Marketing, R&D, Regulatory & Customer Service. + Review customer orders and product sales, and establish improvement plans. **Qualifications** + 0-2 years of experience within the interventional cardiology device field. + Knowledge of electrophysiology will be considered a plus. + A strong technical understanding and interest are required. + The role requires excellent educational background and strong presentation skills. + Experience in healthcare medical technology is a plus (Cardiac field preferred) + Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of products and procedures , and to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the EP lab setting. + Must be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **Application** If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated CV and Cover letter.
