What You’ll Do:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations within the Imaging Department. You’ll provide a wide range of clinical and administrative support, including:

·       Serving as a resource for imaging support staff

·       Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and empathy

·       Managing patient registration, insurance verification, and pre-authorization for imaging procedures

·       Scheduling appointments and preparing patients for imaging exams

·       Maintaining patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards

·       Supporting departmental operations, including inventory management and clerical tasks
