You'll work closely with other agencies, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to provide comprehensive services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:· Provide clinical oversight and direction to team members, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients· Develop and implement effective treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust services as needed· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings to ensure comprehensive services· Conduct team member evaluations, provide corrective coaching, and maintain supervision records· Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and develop quality improvement plans· Collaborate with other agencies, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to provide comprehensive services

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment; OR· Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least four (4) years professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorders and two (2) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment· Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board with four (4) years professional experience in the field of substance use disorder treatment and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment; OR· Counselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment

Additional Qualifications:· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance· First Aid certification and CPR certification within three months of beginning employment· Behavioral Management training completed within thirty (30) days of employment or first available class after start date· Achievement of thirty-six (36) hour training requirements within 2-year period

Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
