Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Outpatient (SUD)Location: Saint Louis, MODepartment: Recovery ServicesEmployment Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients through providing clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members in a program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis.

Meaningful work in a dynamic and supportive environmentKey ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities servedParticipate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the programComplete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are maintainedFacilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetingsAct upon reports and recommendations from program/agency committees, team members, and client suggestionsProvide oversight for service delivery, completing weekly checks on team member direct service hoursDevelop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client population needsCoordinate services and collaborate with outside agenciesAdhere to and monitor program budgetProvide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team membersEnsure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff membersRespond/intervene in crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completedEducation, Experience, and/or Credential QualificationsGraduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience; ORGraduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least four (4) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; ANDQualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board; ORCounselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experienceAdditional QualificationsSuccessful completion of background checkCompletion of New Hire OrientationCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceFirst Aid certification and CPR certificationBehavioral Management trainingAnnual maintenance of licenses/certifications
