Purpose: The Clinical Supervisor for Group Services provides overall administrative and clinical leadership for the program. They oversee assessments, treatment plans, and day-to-day program operations. This position supervises the Assistant Supervisor and any additional Behavior Consultants, and provides clinical supervision to all Behavioral Health Technicians (both Lead and Site-Based). In partnership with the Assistant Supervisor, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for program quality, staff supervision, client satisfaction, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
