Key Responsibilities:· Provide clinical oversight and guidance to team members
· Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure high-quality patient care
· Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
· Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team and diagnostic disposition meetings
· Provide oversight for service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
· At least 3 years of professional experience in mental health, with 1 year of supervisory experience
· Knowledge of ACT model and experience working with individuals with mental health conditions

Additional Qualifications:· Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
· First Aid and CPR certification
· Behavioral Management training (CPI or Crisis Management)

Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
