Job Summary
The Supervisor, Clinical oversees the daily operations, productivity, and quality of care within their designated unit or department. This position ensures the safe, appropriate, and efficient flow of patients while working collaboratively with clinic directors, office managers, physicians, and team members to achieve organizational and regulatory objectives. The Supervisor provides leadership, operational planning, and clinical oversight within their scope of licensure and competency, while supporting staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and budgetary goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an Allied Health field (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology) required Master's Degree in healthcare related field preferred 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting required 2-4 years of experience in a clinical supervisory or management role in an allied health setting preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise clinical staff and foster a collaborative environment. In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, physicians, and leadership. Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving to prioritize tasks and address challenges effectively. Familiarity with budgeting processes, equipment procurement, and inventory management. Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.Licenses and Certifications
Active license or certification in a relevant clinical field (e.g., RN, RT, LPN, or equivalent) required
