This is a field-based role requiring travelling across the assigned area on a daily basis. The Clinical Specialist will cover: woj. Mazowieckie, Warmińsko – Mazurskie, Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Łodzkie, Kujawsko – Pomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Podlaskie, Lubuskie. **Main purpose of the job** **:** + FFR/OCT Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical and technical support for the Coronary Vascular products: FFR, OCT, Coroventis. + Achieve sales quota per plan by servicing the current customer base. + Increasing the sales volume to that base and establishing new accounts. + Provide training, in-service support and clinical assistance for new and existing customers, potential customers. + Communicates regularly with sales specialists to create and evaluate current and future strategy and tactics to develop Abbott products and grow market share. **What You'll do:** + Evaluates clinical and educational needs of customers. + Act as Company ambassador at all times i.e. represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity while interacting with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration. + Proactively plans weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in his/her country/division + Designs, develops and implements quality education programs. + Actively participates in the communication of concepts and ideas designed to benefit customer support and educational efforts. + Responsible for providing technical and clinical support to customers. + Coordinates and assists with the training of all centers in an assigned geographical region. + Maintains contact with customers to assess clinical and educational needs. + Completes clinical reports as requested by management, and completes all additional documentation requested by management in a timely basis. + Protects and acts responsibly towards all company equipment and confidential information. **Required qualifications & background:** + University degree in a BS. Hospital Technician (cathlab) experience will be preferred. + Candidate must be highly motivated, have excellent written and verbal communications skills, great desire to help others, composed under stressful situations and well organized. + Computer literacy required. + Fluency in Polish and English is a must (written and spoken). + Willingness to travel.
