Salary Details

Targeted Salary: $120,000

Targeted 20% Annual Bonus

Job Summary

This position provides technical support during the implant of the remedē System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

Provide technical support during implant of the remedē SystemProvide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting centerProvide technical support for therapy activation and titrationWork closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales processSupport therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studiesTrain new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programmingWork in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing scheduleMaintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilitiesProvide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience requiredIBHRE certification Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writingExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalTeam-player mindset and willingness to collaborateWilling to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
