Clinical Specialist - Germany (Field-Based)

Territory: National coverage across Germany
Location: Field-based with regular travel

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with experience in cardiac operating rooms, electrophysiology labs, or catheterization labs. You'll work closely with surgeons and clinical teams, providing hands-on support during procedures and training healthcare professionals on advanced cardiac technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and clinical support during cardiac surgical proceduresTrain healthcare professionals on procedures and device usageCollaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support account developmentConduct hands-on and didactic training sessionsMaintain regular communication and provide clinical feedback from the field

What We're Looking For:

Previous history working in operating rooms, EP labs, or cath labs (clinical or industry)Health science degree or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsFluent in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)Willingness to travel 75-80%Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
