**Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant** **(Atlanta, GA)**
This role involves leading and overseeing the delivery of complex HPM solutions for customers, working closely with stakeholders to design, plan, and implement clinical strategies. The position also manages the scope, budget, and resources throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful project execution.
**Your role:**
+ Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption and a smooth implementation of Philips solutions through consultative engagement with customers.
+ Deliver clinical consulting services and manage configuration to align Philips solutions with customer workflows.
+ Analyze existing workflows, facilitate change management, and establish training plans for effective solution integration.
+ Participate in solution development and guide customers in testing new functionalities.
+ Maintain professional competence, resolve application issues, and foster long-term customer relationships to support recurring revenue strategy.
**You're the right fit:**
+ 5+ years of clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related science
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
+ This position is field based in the Atlanta area. Travel overnight 75% of the time, primarily in the Southeast Zone, with potential coverage in other areas as needed.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in GA is $87,000 to $140,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
