POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Solutions Executive will support Cepheid Nordics in achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology and products.
The Clinical Solutions Executive will be involved directly with the sales team to develop pre- and post- sales strategies, to support newly launched products and to boost Cepheid assay utilization with new and existing customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures company strategies are correctly and efficiently executed.Maintains education and training activities for clinicians, infection control team, nurses, pharmacists and other supporting clinical staff on the clinical impact of Cepheid products and results.Establishes strong network with clinicians, HODs (e.g. ICU, Hygiene and Infection Control, ID, ED, OB/GYN, Oncology) and develop advocates of key opinion leaders and influencers in healthcare institutions.Develops wider and deeper customer relationships outside of the laboratory settingCreates business opportunities with new and existing customers, creating qualified business leads.Supports Cepheid product launches in the field, and at trade shows/conferences.Work alongside Medical and Scientific Affairs to coordinate and formulate clinical case studies with KOLs.Supports Laboratory Departments in implementing Cepheid technology in their facilities.Conducts Cepheid technology demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting and application requirements in relation to the products performance, working hand in hand with Field Application SpecialistsProvides education and training to the commercial team on available Sales and Marketing tools to effectively promote and strategically position Cepheid products as well as implementing insights from previous working experience.Keeps up to date with the latest clinical data generated / shared by Cepheid. Presents and discusses this data on a one-on-one basis with healthcare professionals during congresses, exhibitions, and meetings.Maintains solid knowledge about international (WHO, GLI, CDC, NHS) and national/regional guidelines and protocols developed for healthcare services; anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting Cepheid strategy accordingly.Creates close partnership with the Territory Managers, Key Account Managers and Field associates as well as Marketing and Medical and Scientific Affairs.TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences field with 5+ years of related work experience as Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical laboratory Sciences subspeciality (Microbiology, Molecular biology), infectious diseases ORMaster’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience ORNursing degree in field with 5 to 10 years of related work experience.+2 years’ experience in Swedish healthcare market knowledge.Knowledge and skills:
Basic: knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent Communication and presentation skills.Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.Significant clinical experience Including evidence of implementing change in hospital /healthcare environmentEnglish & Swedish Fluency (other Nordic languages a plus)Join our winning team today.
