Because of her dual role with Rehab aide duties, she will be responsible for all Clinical Secretary 2 duties with the exception of contacting and obtaining insurance authorizations or denials. **Job Description:** **Clinical Secretary II - 40 hrs/wk (Mon-Fri, 6:45a-3:15p)** The Clinical Secretary II greets patients, schedule visits, and perform all duties that relate to the attainment of correct patient insurance information, certifications and re-certifications. Responsible for forwarding correspondences to other departments and physician offices as directed and completing all steps in the sequence for registering and submitting charges for patient service. Answers phones and handle all incoming requests.
