Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound calls to recruit participants for product testingSchedule and coordinate testing appointmentsMaintain accurate records of recruitment activitiesCollaborate with team members to meet daily recruitment goals (approx. 15 participants/day)Efficiently manage digital files, folders, and shared documentsSystem & Computer Skills – RequiredTo ensure fast onboarding and seamless integration, candidates must demonstrate computer competency, including:
Navigating SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets with easeLocating and organizing files within nested folder structuresSearching for keywords in PDFs and emails using shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl + F)Using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl + Shift + End, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V for data handlingSetting up two-step verification using QR codes and authenticator appsCreating and managing browser bookmarks for quick access to key webpagesQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEnjoy being on the phone with a “smile and dial” attitudeExperience in front office, customer service, or medical assistant rolesAbility to handle high-volume calls and multitask across digital platformsProfessional, friendly, and tech-confident demeanorInterview ProcessIn-person interview (Monday–Thursday availability)Evaluation of system navigation and computer skills may be includedCompany CultureFriendly, fast-paced, and metrics-drivenSupportive team environment focused on efficiency and resultsIf you're someone who thrives in a structured, tech-enabled environment and enjoys connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
