Clinical Research Nurse Manager

Description

This position requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license for Georgia and prior experience in clinical research. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting research coordinators, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards, and delivering research-related training to staff. The role may also involve direct oversight of a small number of clinical studies.

Day to Day:

-Supervise and support clinical research coordinators through mentorship, training, and performance management.

-Assign staff to studies strategically, ensuring balanced workloads and alignment with organizational goals.

-Serve as a resource for resolving study-related issues and ensuring protocol compliance.

-Develop and maintain training programs and provide ongoing education on research practices and regulations.

-Ensure adherence to institutional, sponsor, and federal research requirements.

-Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth study execution.

-Monitor study progress, oversee quality assurance activities, and identify areas for improvement.

-Assist with hiring, onboarding, and SOP development for research coordination.

-Report on team performance and act as a liaison to streamline cross-departmental operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
