Clinical Research Nurse

Contract: 4 months with potential for extension

Duties

Conduct all study visits within full scope of practice, including phlebotomy, EKG, and vaccinations

Perform active surveillance when applicable

Manage clinic supplies and clinical equipment according to workflow

Organize supplies room and maintain clinic exam room, ensuring supplies and upkeep

Review upcoming weekly schedules of participant visits across all studies prospectively

Manage emergency medications

Precept and train new staff

Document Adverse Events (AE) and Serious Adverse Events (SAE) as permitted by protocol and study guidance documents

Fulfill other responsibilities required by the vaccine center within the scope of practice and license

Qualifications

MUST hold an active New York RN license

MUST have strong experience with EPIC

MUST have phlebotomy, vaccination, and EKG experience

Experience in clinical research and trials

Work Environment

The position is within a research environment, working with patients who have consented to participate in clinical trials. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on advancing medical research and patient care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
