Summary

The Sanford Center for Biobehavioral Research is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Research Coordinator to support the multifaceted projects of the Treatment Collaborative for Traumatized Youth (TCTY). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of project data, tracking progress toward goals, supporting outreach activities, and enhancing communication efforts through social media.

Job Description

This role offers a balance of independent work and collaborative team engagement within a mission-driven environment focused on improving outcomes for traumatized youth.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience or strong interest in clinical research or project coordination, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to promote trauma-informed practices and improve clinical outcomes for youth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project data systems to ensure accurate and timely collection, entry, and organization of research and programmatic data for multiple TCTY projects.Support data analysis and prepare reports and presentations, for internal use and external stakeholders, including funding agencies and collaborative partners.Track and monitor progress toward project milestones and goals, ensuring documentation is up to date and identifying areas requiring additional support.Coordinate logistics for outreach events and training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.Assist in managing and curating content for social media platforms and digital communications to promote TCTY initiatives, events, and resources.Collaborate with research staff, clinicians, and community partners to support project implementation and communication.Maintain regulatory documentation and assist with compliance activities related to research protocols and funding requirements.Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth project operations.

Occasional travel may be required for statewide projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, communications or related field requiredThree years of clinical or clinical research experience or six plus years of relevant work experience required

Experience in the following areas is a plus:

Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Survey Monkey)Understanding of data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with trauma-informed care and behavioral health
