TheDepartmentof Anesthesiology,Perioperative,andPainMedicine atStanford is recruitingafull-time Clinical ResearchCoordinatorAssociate(CRCA) – Fixed-term 12 months who willbecomeanintegralpartof ahighlydynamicandmulti-disciplinaryteamperformingcutting-edge clinical researchandinterfacingwith bigdata.Thisexcellent opportunityoffers the chance to become a keyplayerof ateamlookingto advancethepracticeof perioperative medicine.The CRCAwillinteractwithabroadrange of individualsincludinganesthesiologists,surgeons,nursepractitioners,andsocialworkers. The CRCA will coordinate manyaspects of studies testinginnovative interventions andnovel platforms fordatacollection.ThepositionalsoincludesregularinteractionwiththeStanfordResearchITandBiomedicalinformaticsdepartments. Coordinatestudiesfromstart-upthroughclose-out. + Determine eligibilityofandgatherconsentfromstudyparticipants according to protocol. Assist in developingrecruitmentstrategies. + Collectand manage patientand laboratory datafor clinical research projects. Manage research projectdatabases, develop flowsheets andotherstudyrelateddocuments, andcomplete studydocuments/casereportforms. + Ensure compliance withresearch protocols,andreviewandauditcase reportforms forcompletionandaccuracywithsourcedocuments.
