Job Description
Join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in performing ultrasound imaging for research participants during scheduled onsite visits. Collaborate closely with clinical and research teams to gather, document, and manage imaging and clinical data, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of results into study databases. Support patient recruitment efforts, including outreach, screening, and scheduling, while maintaining compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform ultrasound imaging for research participants during scheduled onsite visits.Collaborate with clinical and research teams to gather, document, and manage imaging and clinical data.Ensure accurate and timely entry of results into study databases.Support patient recruitment efforts, including outreach, screening, and scheduling.Maintain compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in a related field.Current GCP and IATA certifications.Proficiency in phlebotomy.Strong data management skills.Excellent people skills and highly organized.Good with paperwork and data entry.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Oncology background preferred, not required.Bachelor's degree preferred, not required (years of experience can compensate).Work Environment
This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Haverford, PA, where you will support a women's health clinic focused on a breast cancer device trial. Work onsite 5 days per week, ensuring high enrollment in trials. Enjoy 1 week of PTO and 6 holidays as part of our supportive team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
