Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Title: Clinical Research CoordinatorJob Description Join a leading team in the field of oncology, supporting cutting-edge studies backed by prominent pharmaceutical partners. Contribute to high-profile research aimed at improving the diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma. Responsibilities + Recruit, screen, and enroll subjects into clinical trials. + Explain the informed consent process to participants. + Document adverse events accurately and promptly. + Collect and manage study documents, protocols, regulatory documents, informed consents, case report forms, and source documents. + Prepare applications for the Institutional Review Board (IRB). Essential Skills + 2+ years of clinical research experience required. + Experience with in-hospital clinical research. + Proficiency in patient recruitment and consenting processes. + Strong knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations. + Effective communication and writing skills. + Experience with adverse event reporting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred. + Background in oncology and patient care. + Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
