MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To implement, drive and sustain clinical quality within the emergency medical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Set, implement and manage operational clinical plans aligned with Emergency Medicine strategy Oversee clinical performance in the emergency medical environment and provide operational support Provide specialist expertise and support to emergency centres Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

Registered/Professional Nursing qualification

DESIRED EDUCATION: 

Registered/Professional Nursing qualification REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum 5 to 10 years clinical experience, of which 3 – 5 should be in a Specialist function/SME-role such as Unit or branch Manager, Patient Safety, Risk Management Experience in the private emergency medicine environment
