MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo implement, drive and sustain clinical quality within the emergency medical environment.

Minimum 5 to 10 years clinical experience, of which 3 – 5 should be in a Specialist function/SME-role such as Unit or branch Manager, Patient Safety, Risk Management Experience in the private emergency medicine environmentREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Data analysis and interpretation skills Infection prevention and control knowledge Computer literacy (MS Office package) Clinical risk management Stakeholder management Nursing functional knowledge Relevant nursing legislation Training and facilitation methodologies Healthcare industry knowledge Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies Communication skills Research, reporting writing and presenting Staff and process analysis and optimisation
