Position oversees the various clinical and patient flow activities of the physician office including, but not limited to; necessary involvement of disciplinary action pertaining to all clinical personnel, training and competency of clinical personnel, maintaining RHC standards, EMR liaison, and student coordinator. In addition, this position provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of practice providers to promote an effective learning and training environment.
