Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position** The primary function for this position is to ensure timely collection, analysis and communication of clinical data for chart abstracted measures, registries, accreditations and certifications as identified by the organization. **Essential Job Functions** Responsible for abstraction, analysis, and submission of data to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, CMS conditions of participation, payor requirements, and medical staff bylaws. Identifies and communicates patterns and trends of data and opportunities for improvement to site based teams and quality leaders.
