Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree relevant clinical field (Bachelor's degree AND state licensure in one of the following clinical roles required): State licensure as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. 2 years of relevant clinical experience. Preferred: Quality improvement or patient safety experience.
