With on call as needed.** **Salary Range: $68,950 to $79,202 annually, based upon relevant experience** **Location: Homestead, PA** **Devereux/TCV Community Services is immediately hiring for a Residential Manager for our DAS program!** **Program Overview:** The primary purpose of the Mental Health Residential/DAS is to provide adult individuals who have mental health and SUD with quality care and services designed to address their individualized goals. The program philosophy is based on a strength-based approach as well as person centered, culturally and recovery principles. All aspects of the service must meet CRR regulation as defined in the policies and procedures and all federal, state and county requirements. **Position Summary:** Supervises the operation of assigned treatement programs (Diversion and Acute Stabilization [DAS] and Partial Hospitalization) to ensure provision of quality services in accordance with Devereux/TCV philosophy, and within Devereux/TCV policies and procedures **.** Assists in planning and conducts the implementation of DAS residentialand Partial Hospitalization services for assigned individuals. Maintains a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals.
