Clinical Program Manager

The Program Manager for Service Line Development is responsible for leading comprehensive development of Neuroscience service lines assigned. Researching, planning, scoping, developing and executing the strategy for assigned business and/or clinical service line development. The incumbent will serve as the internal and external expert for the service line(s) they are developing in collaboration with the Physician leader, and will apply a deep knowledge of the market and customer environment as well as the internal processes and teams needed in developing, implementing and supporting the service line.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years project management, program management, product management, product marketing or product development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree emphasis in research, health, or public policy related field.

Coursework/Training: Training in Change Acceleration Process, Workout, Lean, Workflow engineering or other change management methodologies.

Healthcare industry experience.
