Full-Time/Day Shift
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Cardiology provides care to patients in our cardiology wards and procedural areas, frequently practicing under clinical pharmacy agreements. At our cardiac center for the Providence Oregon Region, pharmacists care for complex patients, including those receiving advanced heart failure therapies and heart transplant. They respond to medical emergencies. They are preceptors for our large residency class and for students in our layered learning model. They develop initiatives to improve medication management. Our pharmacists work 10-hour shifts (weekdays and every third weekend).

Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice settingPreferred Qualifications:
