Rotating schedule through our hours of operation, M-F: 8a-6p, S: 9a-3p and Sun: 10a-3p, every third weekend

Your Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care—providing expert medication management, collaborating with physicians, and driving clinical excellence.

Qualifications
+ Education:4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification. PharmD, preferred.
+ Experience: Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy. Oncology experience preferred for oncology roles, required. ASHP accredited PGY2 Infectious disease residency OR 2 years of equivalent clinical pharmacy experience in infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship, required.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required.
+ Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role; excludes PRN team members who may not be eligible to take certification exam, required.
+ Additional skills required: Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
