Reports to: Pharmacy Manager. *Qualifications:* * Current CT Pharmacist license required. * PharmD required * Board certification in pharmacy is preferred. * Completion of an ASHP approved pharmacy residency program or Minimum 3 to 5 years pharmacy experience required. * Two years of hospital pharmacist experience preferred.
