Work Schedule:
100%, day/evening. Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM / 8:00AM – 4:30PM with rotating evenings 1:30PM – 10:00PM and every 4th weekend. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Infectious Diseases (ID) to:
• Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient and ambulatory services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients’ medication therapy is safe, effective, timely, and efficient.
• Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences.
• Provide patient care to a diverse population including acute and critically infected patients in an inpatient setting as well as HIV patients and ID patients in the ambulatory clinic.
