Indiana University Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to join their team at Gateway Plaza, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing workflows and managing a team of 2-3 Community Health Workers by supporting and coaching CHWs, so they do their best work for clients, monitor caseloads of all CHWs, analyze reports, monitor client enrollment timeline, progress towards goals, and CHWs’ support of clients.
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Health Equity Access MyWeigh Obesity Program's planning, implementation and ongoing support work including coordinating patient support with providers and care teams, coordinating activities related to logistics, curriculum, and reporting, and analyzing program data. Additionally, the Clinical Operations Manager will facilitate team meetings as well as analyze and report health system data to leadership and stakeholders. Other responsibilities include organizing and implementing CHW training and annual competencies, integration of CHWs with care teams working in clinics, coordinating with providers and/or care teams to create, review, and triage list of at risk patients who need to engage with CHWs.

This role is accountable for advancing nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidenced-base practices and professional nursing standards. Provides oversight of unit that is operational and staffed 24 x 7, weekends, and holidays.
Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.Anticipated job posting close date will be 08/15/2025
