**Job Summary** : We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations within our medical device company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and healthcare management, with a focus on medical devices. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage the clinical operations team to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and studies. + Responsible for Studies and Regulations in many countries including Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, and India. + Develop and implement clinical strategies to support product development and regulatory submissions. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical research. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to drive clinical initiatives. + Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. + Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency. + Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical processes and outcomes. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). + Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, with a focus on medical devices. + Proven track record of leadership and team management in a clinical setting. + Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical device industry. + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Proficiency in clinical research software and tools.
