Sentara is hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the team in the Operating Room at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Shift: Full Time (40hrs) - Days

Job Description:

Assume responsibility and accountability for operations and success. Responsible for the delivery of high quality services which meet or exceed customer expectations. Position is responsible for safe management of patients throughout perioperative experience. Serve as mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with surgeon expectations, organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, patient safety and clinical standards of care.

Education

BSN Required, MSN or higher preferred.

Certification/Licensure

RN VA or Compact State license in good standing.CNOR

Experience

Minimum of 3yrs supervisory experience in the OR required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$101,483.20-$169,124.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
