Join our team as a Clinical Manager for the Department of Ophthalmology’s Cornea and Uveitis clinic, where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting world-class patient care. In partnership with the Clinic Director and Division Chief, you’ll help shape the day-to-day experience for patients and staff while ensuring seamless coordination across clinical, administrative, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day clinic functions, providing leadership to all staff Assist physicians, fellows, residents, and optometrists by ensuring their administrative and technical needs are met efficiently Manage coordination of imaging and diagnostic procedures within the divisions Develop and maintain weekly staffing schedules Provide personalized support and coordination for VIP patients and persons of interest as needed Track staff performance, offer feedback, and conduct timely evaluations to support growth and accountability Ensure all exam rooms and diagnostic areas are fully stocked and equipment is operating properly Maintain and revise departmental protocols and procedures, offering guidance to promote CICARE-aligned service excellence
Salary Range: $68,800-141,000 Annually
