We’re seeking a Clinical Manager to guide our high-performing OB/GYN team in La Crosse. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a newly renovated space, drive innovation in outpatient care, and support a diverse and growing clinical team.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee daily operations for a department seeing 350+ patients weekly.Collaborate with clinician leaders to implement strategic initiatives including:Launching and expanding specialty services in OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Fertility, and GYN/ONC.Supporting new clinicians and optimizing workflows across specialties.Facilitate team development and workflow integration across specialties.Lead with strength and clarity in a department known for a culture of excellence.

🎓 What You Bring:Required:Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or a health-related field5–7 years of clinical or healthcare experience with proven leadership skillsRelevant licensure/certification for your specialtyPreferred:Prior management or formal leadership experienceRegistered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
