CANDIDATES MUST HAVE\:

A current and valid license in Ontario as a Registered Nurse (RN) A minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, preferably in a community setting. A minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience and managing others. Current and valid CPR certification. Experience working with community healthcare, the geriatric population and their families is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required to conduct home visits with clients within the community (roughly 60% in the field, vehicle allowance is provided).
