Make a measurable impact on patient care and pharmacy practice._ **Position Summary:** As a **Clinical Lead Pharmacist** , you’ll serve as both a hands-on clinical practitioner and a departmental leader—supporting patient care, advancing pharmacy practice, and mentoring pharmacy staff. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll provide expert pharmaceutical care through **clinical services, staff development, education, research, and direct patient engagement** .
