We're seeking a Clinical Lead to support our Internal Medicine and Cardiology teams. In this role, you'll blend clinical excellence with team mentorship, working alongside some of the most advanced specialists in veterinary medicine.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be challenged, you will learn, and your compassion, skills, and ambition will be rewarded.What You’ll DoLead and support a team of RVTs and Assistants across Internal Medicine and Cardiology departmentsMaintain a high standard of patient care and safetyMentor and train team members through hands-on guidance and structured supportAssist in case management, diagnostics, and client communicationsEnsure daily operations run efficiently and support hospital goalsQualificationsRequired: 5+ years of recent veterinary clinical experiencePreferred: Active CA-RVT licenseProven ability to lead by example and foster team developmentConfident in anesthesia monitoring, medication calculations, and treatment protocolsStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & PerksPay Range: $37 – $45/hour + $5.50 differential for hours worked between 6pm-6am Monthly RACE-approved CE & development opportunitiesGet paid to learn – CE reimbursement and VTS certification bonusesRVT license application/renewal reimbursementGrowth opportunities into leadership and cross-training in other specialtiesFull-Time BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceDisability and flex spending accounts401(k) with employer matchAccrued paid time off (sick and vacation)Uniform reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program
