You'll handle pre-analytic specimen processing, operate lab equipment, and ensure accurate data entry and specimen documentation—all crucial to maintaining diagnostic excellence. What You’ll Do: + Process specimens before analysis + Operate automated lab and office systems + Accurately enter test orders into the database + Answer calls regarding test details and procedures + Confirm proper patient identification and labeling + Troubleshoot and resolve pre-analytic specimen issues + Prepare complex reagents and maintain inventory + Train fellow lab team members Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in a biological or chemical science (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.) + Solid experience with laboratory testing and instrumentation troubleshooting + Healthcare experience is a plus + OPT candidates welcome + Master’s degree accepted (PhDs and engineering degrees excluded) Work Environment + Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM + Location: Central Processing Lab of a nationally acclaimed hospital system + Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as #1 overall with 12 top-ranked specialties + Career growth encouraged in a dynamic, team-driven setting Ready to Apply?
