Role OverviewAs a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II, you’ll perform advanced diagnostic testing and quality control while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in patient care. You’ll also help train and support laboratory staff, playing a key role in maintaining the highest standards in lab operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic testing and quality controls
Prepare reagents and report results per established procedures
Conduct moderate to high complexity testing using laboratory systems
Maintain equipment, supplies, and computer applications
Assist with training, orientation, and competency evaluations for testing personnel
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications🧪 Certification & Licensure
Required: Clinical Laboratory Technologist – State of Florida License
🎓 Education
Required: Associate’s in Medical Technology or related field
Preferred: Bachelor’s in a related field
📊 Experience
Required: 2 Years of Clinical Laboratory experience
