Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic testing and quality control proceduresPrepare reagents and report results per policyReview and oversee moderate to high complexity testingMaintain and monitor lab equipment, supplies, and computer systemsDeliver excellent customer service and communicationDemonstrate strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skillsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

🧪Certification & Licensure

Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist LicensePreferred: ASCP Certification

🎓Education

Required: Associate’s degreePreferred: Bachelor’s degree

📊Experience

Preferred: 1 year of laboratory experience
