Job Overview:We are currently hiring for a Clinical Intake Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, MO at the SLU location of the Behavioral Health Urgent Care. As a Clinical Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive intake evaluations for individuals seeking professional services at Brightli. You will establish initial treatment plans and provide referral recommendations for relevant services at partnering agencies. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive intake evaluationsEstablish initial treatment plansProvide referral recommendationsEngage in safety planning and brief therapy sessionsParticipate in peer review and departmental meetings

Education and Experience Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldAt least 2 years of relative experienceState license (associated with Brightli's location(s) in which they practice) as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT), or Provisionally Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT)

Additional Requirements:Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checkCompletion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employmentAll training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafterCurrent driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
